I understand that this is a free service and any information I share is confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

All programs referred by Albemarle Smart Start Partnership Child Care Resource and Referral are licensed by the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education or are legally exempt from licensing. Licensed programs have to meet minimum health and safety standards and are visited at least once a year by the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education to ensure they are following regulations.
