Technical Assistance Specialist: Albemarle Smart Start Partnership is seeking a Technical Assistance Specialist that will work to improve the quality of care children receive in center-based & family child care programs by providing on-site support, training & mentoring. Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education and at least 3 years' experience in early childhood education & in training adults required. Knowledge of state child care licensing, child care observation & assessment practices & tools are a plus. Should be able to work with diverse populations & have strong computer skills.
